Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned jewelry, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
